This was such a lovely stay - like staying at my gradma's house in the very best way. Cosy, welcoming and full of character and charm. Lots of toiletries available and the breakfast was lovely. So accommodating I can't recommend this place enough!
Nothing!

The property was in a great location to visit Exeter uni - easy walk. The welcome was lovely and the bedroom had great thoughtful facilities including kettle, tea/coffee, mini fridge stocked with milk and water. Extra throws and pillows. All really great and clean, and a decent self-serve breakfast too.
Nothing really.

Lovely, warm and homely room that was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. Free parking on the drive, with plenty of space for a Transit-sized van. Fantastic host and a lovely stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
