+ room is big
+ fridge
+ clean bathroom with bidet and soap
+ air conditioning
+ confortable bed
+ guys at the bar, especially the older man, were very kind
- very noisy, on a very busy street, even earplugs did not help me to get a good sleep
- as soon as I opened the AC unit, a giant red cockroach fell on the floor (almost on my head)
- room was very damp
- far from.city center, but ok by bus

I really like how clean and comfortable the room is.
I didn’t like the lack of breakfast options.
