Pulito spazioso comodo vicino alla basilica, intimo e riservato
Praticamente nulla

The hotel was ideally located, the closest to the Basilica San Francesco. The house was beautiful, with a terrace (stunning view over umbrian landscape) and clean.
Our room also had a stunning view. The the space and the bathroom (shower) were very pleasant and convenient.
- Complete absence of control over the AC, which was locked centrally, blowing too much cold very loudly and continueously. We hardly slept and were very cold.
- No luggage storage on the day of check out (despite space which could have accomodated suitcases)

Just a beautiful location overlooking the Basilica...steps away! Clean, comfortable room and right next to a restaurant.
Parking. It was on opposite side of town and GPS kept sending us through the town. We did ask a police officer to help us & he showed us how to go around the town. The location is tricky to park in, because if there isn't parking on the lower level (upper level was best), you have to go back down the mountain and completely around the town again.
