The location - a two minute walk from notting hill gate.
Easy to get in and out, and very nice to come back to late at night!
Room was a bit narrow, and on the first floor,
What the staff was very helpful and made us feel very comfortable during our stay.

It’s a good location
The access is very awkward if you have any luggage. Down a steep tight staircase to the lower ground floor.
There is no AC and no windows that open. There was a fan, but I had to prop the front door open to try and cool the room down.

The property was clean and in a good location
We stayed 3 nights and had no hot water on our last day. We also ran into other guests with the same problem. The room also had a window facing the bed with a sheer curtain and a block out curtain. The blockout curtain was attached to the wall with Velcro and kept falling off.
The view from the room was just the roof of other close buildings so it felt very enclosing.

"Très joli petit appartement près du métro et dans le quartier de Notting Hill. Arrêt de bus à deux pas. Très agréable séjour à Londres."
