Amazing location, right in the centre and you can reach metro/tram in 2 min walk. Property is well maintaned, clean and quiet. Owner was very helpful and also helped us to keep our luggage after check-out.

The apartment was spacious, with a well equipped kitchen.

Upon arriving my friend placed her suitcase on the floor and noticed how dusty it got and the debris that stuck to it. She swept the floor and realised that it hadn't been cleaned. The rules state that the apartment has to be cleaned prior to leaving. The host doesn't clean it, they rely on the guests to clean it. Rules state no outdoor shoes to be worn indoors, my socks were dirty after walking around in them. We contacted the host and was told someone would be sent to clean it but no one turned up. We couldn't operate the air con, turns out it has to be done with the remote which we didn't have, this was dropped off by the host. The games room is a sauna because the air-conditioning unit is pumping hot air in there so we couldn't use the room.
