We had a wonderful three-day stay in Kevin’s house. It’s a 3-floor, 3bdr, 1.5 bath single house, all for ourselves, with ample parking on driveway and street, very very clean, well decorated, comfy beds and towels, lovely living space, full kitchen, yummy foods in the fridge, free streaming tv, many books and games, exotic souvenirs from around the world, and especially charming with all the different scented candles, fragrant soap, and dried lavender. Very quiet neighborhood, right next to an elementary school, 5min walk to the bus stop, 30 min bus to downtown. Not many shopping sites nearby but enough small restaurants to feed oneself. It was early Sept when we stayed there and the weather was perfect, very comfortable in the house. Kevin stayed till 10:30 pm to greet us upon arrival. He was nice, polite and helpful. Yes it’s true that he prepared lovely flowers and chocolate in our rooms, really nice. Check-in/out very smooth. We gladly gathered sheets and towels and throw them in the washer before we leave. Overall it couldn’t be better.

设施基本齐全，床被睡得比较舒服，有厨房、洗衣机、干衣机等且运行良好。有车位这点非常加分。周边是居民区所以比较安静，非常好。

1. 我不喜欢房间里塞了太多住客根本用不上的用品，例如香皂简直堆得到处都是，而且能看出来已经放了久了。这导致住客不方便放自己的东西。 2. 卫生间虽然是有两个，但其实洗澡的只有一个。唯一一个洗澡的浴缸排水不是太好。 3. 房东坚持要住客的ID/护照，我不是很喜欢，我住其他的airbnb从来没有提交过。而且一开始讲错我的名字，也让我觉得房东工作不仔细。 4. 住宿结束房东需要住客帮忙拆除床单并开洗衣机，这个在其他airbnb也没有遇到过，我觉得房东要求太多了。

Hosts were incredible, they left welcome treats and were super kind to accommodate our dietary restrictions, making us feel so welcome. Stocked cupboards and a fridge with all the essentials to keep you going, just replace what you use - a great idea. Nice to stay in a home, it has a lovely feel, we were sad that we couldn't stay here longer.

Location

The property description failed to mention that there are three narrow staircases to climb to access living spaces. Laundry is on third floor. As travelers in their late 70’s with heavy luggage this was quite a chore. Listings should be modified to disclose the necessity of climbing stairs
