The property offered spacious rooms with ample space for a large family and a modest degree of privacy for each guest. Its location near Termini provided convenient access to travel and dining choices. The staff were pleasant and punctual, and they were easy to reach for arrival planning.
No complaints.

We loved the cleanliness, the look of the apartment, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the beds and bedding were very comfortable, it was quiet and spacious.
We needed more towels provided as the showers weren’t sealed well enough to keep the water in and we needed more towels to deal with that. That was the only issue.

The location is good. It’s close to historic sites, restaurants, shops, bus routes, etc. The apartment was clean and nice.
It takes 4 keys/gates/door to enter the property. After the second day another person, (not us), broke the key off in the gate. After trying to contact the manager numerous times we ended up having to find a chair and broken pallet to climb over the gate, which had spikes at the top of a narrow passageway. Dangerous to say the least. However, since the manager was not responding we had a choice to either sleep on the street, get a hotel, or climb over. This happened twice as someone again closed the gate after we had propped it open. This could have been a disaster in the making.
