Great for a stay with a little kid, they even had a little gift kit for her. Comfy room with good infrastructure (mini-kitchen), property feels a little dated but overall great value for money and good comfort. Great location with a lot of food outlets at walking distance.
Nothing I can think of.

Don’t feel safe to walk nearby

Location has several cafes and restaurants closeby.
Ground floor lobby is being renovated. Very loud, dusty and inconvenient.
