Excellent location and charming building and interior.
Everything was great, a little cosmetic wear and tear, but just from normal use. No problems.

Die Wohnung hat viel Platz und alles, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Die freie Sicht von der Terrasse aufs Meer und die Stadt Kerkira sind schon außergewöhnlich. Zum Strand läuft man ca. 100 Meter die Straße runter. Dieser hat auch schöne weite Abschnitte ohne Clubs und Liegen. Zu einem der drei Minimärkte läuft man ca. 5 Minuten die Straße hoch. Der lebenswichtige Parkplatz ist gleich vor der Tür.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Zufahrtsstraße zum bekannten Barbati-Strand mit mehreren Strand-Clubs. Der rege Verkehr mit Parkplatzsuche herrscht bis zur Dunkelheit. Der laute Stromgenerator im "Crown on the Beach" läuft sogar rund um die Uhr. Das muss man ausblenden können.

I was truly impressed! A spotless house right by the sea! We had an amazing time enjoying the view of the water in front of us, and at night the beautiful lights of Corfu Town across the bay made everything even more magical.
An impeccable house with every comfort, private parking, complete privacy, and literally on the seafront. I highly recommend it! Possibly the best place I’ve stayed in Corfu!
The host was also exceptional — always available, incredibly kind, and helped us immediately with anything we needed.

Beautiful, spotless house right by the sea! It’s even nicer and more spacious than the photos — I’d say the pictures don’t do it justice. Waking up right in front of the crystal-clear waters of Barbati feels like being in paradise. It’s very peaceful and offers great privacy.
Also, I’d like to highlight that the mattresses were very soft and comfortable — we slept incredibly well! 🙌
Many thanks to our host, Stamatina, who guided us perfectly on how to access the house and was always available for any questions we had.
Possibly the nicest place we’ve stayed in Corfu! 🎯🫶😍
