Posizione, pulizia, design, terrazza vista mare -porto, garage

Nice apartment directly at the Marina pier. Great terrace with a view over the marina. Public, very good beach within a few 100 meters. Shopping very close by - lots of restaurants. Easy parking outside - there was a private parking too - we did not use it.
We were a bit surprised that the apartment was situated directly over a restaurant and close to a bar. Be prepared for quite a bit of activity and some noise from people passing along the pier below and enjoying the summer.
No emergency exit from the 1st-level room.
The shower is a steep step up and not disability friendly. There are some steps outside to climb too.
