Rooms were very clean. Lovely staff, both at reception as the bar. Food and drinks was very yummy.
Our room wasn’t ready at check-in so we had to wait for an hour. Thankfully the receptionist was super kind, took our luggage toetje storage room and offered us free drinks at the bar while we waited. It was an inconvenience but they did everything they could to solve it asap.

Great location a short walk from Haymarket station. Friendly staff, comfortable vibe and (at the second attempt) a great room.
Our initial room was much smaller than the Roomy we had here last year and at other Hoxton hotels, and noot suitableforour mobility needs (hence booking Roomy in the first place). The reception staff sorted us a replacement room which was perfect.

A lot of detail put into the room design, very nice
Although the shower was appearance was great there were 4 loose tiles that I cut my foot on, also the clean in the room wasn't the greatest as there were popcorn bits and a tunnocks wrapper on the floor
