A comfortable, modern, elegant room with nice balcony, comfortable bed, excellent bathroom. Staff friendly and helpful. Quiet at night when closed windows with good HVAC system. Not very central to main sites, but easy enough to walk or take taxi.
I made an error when booking - meant to book refundable room but clicked wrong button and got non-refuindable. Made the resevation 6 months in advance. When plans changed, asked if they would refund or change and they refused. Not very accommodating in this regard.

Great room, very clean, very modern, friendly staff and very accommodating
Nothing really - no room service and the restaurant was closed twice when we tried to go but wasn't a priority for a city hotel. We had a great stay!

Fantastic facilities and super super clean and new. No complaints there
The staff were totally rude, besides saying “this is your room number and your key” they didn’t make it feel human or hospitable at all. There’s no harm in chatting to get to know the customer or sharing advice about the city.
