Ours was an unusual experience, as one of us took a hard fall en route and was mostly homebound during our stay. The owner was very empathic and helpful in identifying medical resources nearby. it was a very peaceful place to rehab. The location of the property is away from the touristy part of Lefkada, very peaceful and serene. There were hiking trails not too far away for the one of us who was mobile, and the pool was very refreshing upon return. Restaurants and groceries were a short driving distance away. it is a family owned and run accommodation and there seems to be a lot of care in its upkeep.

The house was lovely, with a big balcony overlooking a lot of nature. There was also some lovely kittens and mother cat staying around the house who were all friendly. Breakfast was more than enough and freshly made and delivered to the door (with a bunch of kittens). Very friendly staff. The location was excellent with lots of attractions like beautiful beaches and nice restaurants all within 40 mins drive or closer. The area in general was peaceful and beautiful in many different ways.

Elena, the host, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming on arrival.
the apartment had everything we needed and location is close to hub - but far enough to not be beach front.
Wifi, was very spotty

The host was great and we were made to feel extremely welcome. We stayed here for a night before getting the ferry to Kefalonia. it's a lovely harbour town with plenty of bars & restaurants on the harbour edge. The property is located a c. 5 minute drive to the harbour - which was fine for us - but it would likely take 25 mins to walk back from an evening out there. There are many beautiful beaches within a short drive from the property. Overall, I would recommend this place - we had a lovely time. Thank you!
