Pinnacle Lumpini Park Hotel

I have to praise the breakfast. The breakfast room was spacious and comfortable with staff ready to help at any time, and the breakfast was plentiful and varied with Western and Thai dishes. I am sure than in other hotels they must have better breakfast than in this one but up to standards what is not always the case. / The location was very good too. It was 5 mins walk to the Lumphini tube station what was very convenient to move around and even to conect with the BTS train system. Very nearby there was a big Shopping mall and not far there was the Silom area and the Lumphini park that connects with Benjakitti park through the "green mile", a park that is 5 mins walk to BTS Asoke station. At the same time, in the neighbourhood there are some local streetfood stands and Thai restaurants.

The rooms were in need of refurbishing (they had old furniture, a horrible mattress that requires replacement and out of fashion bathrooms with old-style bathtub). Fortunately the room had no carpet, but the corridors had old carpet on the floor that no matter how cleaned it looked, it always keeps dust and is source of allergy. / I happened to be on some very rainy days. I missed in my room the courtesy umbrella some hotels use to have. They offered some umbrellas at the reception but there were not enough for everybody and the look and quality of those umbrellas were not up to the standards of a proper hotel. I think they should improve this service for those rainy days.

Well located near Metro Station Lumpini. Good value for money.

Polite, friendly  staff, clean comfy good size room (1501). Good size bathroom, hot water shower, Fruit  & yogurt, eggs cooked to order, real bacon & real coffee, good croissants, plus all the Thai options for the buffet breakfast Free real coffee in foyer. Pool & gym Close to Lunphini MRT Reasonable price

Douche car il n y avait pas d eau chaude durant tout notre sejour. Rappel nous etions au 11 eme etage. Bruillant on entendait perceuse,,marteau piqueur,des coups de marteau dans les. Murs.Effroyable
