Good location . The staff was very helpful because the check in process was quite complicated but lucky for me that the staff was contacted by phone not so difficult like some other properties .

The flat was in the third floor and no “ Lift” so if you have many luggages or heavy luggage , it will be troublesome.

The good things about this property is its location and how spacious it is. That is about it.

The room was extremely untidy. We could tell the owner was super unprepared for hosting. We found a chewed gum on the toilet floor. The vacuum cleaner was hidden behind the curtain instead of keeping it in a safer place. Main toilet has cracked tiles all over and the flush of the toilet was missing! Overall if more attention is paid to cleaning this room it would've been so much better. Entrance of the property was extremely dirty it was disgusting. Overall it ruined our London trip. Hope the host improves it asap. And this is from a genius 3 booking.com user. I really do hope the owner does better.
