This place is great for 4 people. Very spacious and comfortable. The washing machine was a plus. Staff was extremely helpful with holding luggage for us after checkout. We used their van service and the driver was excellent. Great hotel!

Very centrally located in Gangnam minutes away from the subway entrance. Excellent house keeping services. Great water pressure for the shower. It was so nice to have a washer/dryer given our longer stay. Some cons- the outdoor patio is not furnished like it appears in photos so we didn’t make much use of it. Also the cutlery/ dishes in the kitchen are very bare bones and they don’t even supply mugs. No gym or pool and not much else in terms of amenities. The loft is not safe for young children or those with limited mobility

For the North American or European Travelers the 2nd floor is not for standing height. Otherwise I loved the firm bed. Everything you need is there. If they provided a cutting board and a garbage can it would’ve been perfect. The washer and dryer and sanitizer was just a bonus ! The Apple
cafe was just plain addictive. And I recommend returning to the airport by taxi if there are two of you. It’s only $35 plus usd ..
