Élégant appartement au deuxième étage, situé au cœur du centre historique, avec vue sur Campo Bandiera et Moro (ou Bragora). À seulement 500 mètres de la Piazza San Marco, mais loin de l'agitation touristique. Le bien est composé d'un salon lumineux, d'une spacieuse salle à manger avec cuisine, trois chambres (deux triples et une matrimoniale), un charmant balcon avec vue sur la ville et deux salles de bains avec douche. Les intérieurs sont enrichis de meubles de design, de superbes poutres apparentes et d'un sol en "terrazzo alla veneziana" typique. L'appartement fait partie d'une résidence où il est possible de réserver également l'attique à l'étage supérieur, demandez des informations si intéressé. Capacité maximale 8 personnes. Horaire de check-in : de 15h00 à 20h00. Les arrivées entre 20h00 et 23h00 pourraient nécessiter un supplément de 50 € (à payer en espèces à l'arrivée).

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment in Venice! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had an incredible sunset view that made each evening special.The location was perfect, with several excellent local restaurants right downstairs, making breakfast and other meals incredibly convenient. It was also just a short walk to both the water taxi and water bus stops, making it easy to explore Venice.The hosts went above and beyond by arranging a water taxi from the train station to the nearest stop, which made our arrival completely stress-free. Veronica greeted us at the apartment, gave us a warm welcome, and took the time to explain everything we needed to know. She showed us how to access the apartment, walked us through all of the amenities, and demonstrated how to use and adjust the air conditioning, which we really appreciated.Overall, this was an exceptional stay. The apartment, location, and outstanding hospitality exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice!

I loved staying at this property with my family. It was clean, spacious, and located well. The places nearby for food and coffee- just outside the door- were exactly what I wanted. I would stay there again.

We loved this property! It worked great for our family of 7. The beds were super comfortable and you can walk to all the major sites. It was also very clean!

Our first trip to Venice, what an intriguing city! Upon arrival we were beyond pleased! The apartment has been modernized and tastefully decorated with modern decor. We didn’t realize when booking what a great location this was in the Castello neighborhood. We had no complaints whatsoever other than the apartment required going up 4 mid-size flights of stairs and the apartment was infested with mosquitoes. One of our friends got over 30 bites one night and all had trouble sleeping to the buzz of mosquitoes in the air. While the apartment balcony overlooks a headquarter we were unable to keep the doors or windows open for fear of more infestation. While this property gets a 5 star rating for location and appeal, it gets an F until the mosquito problem is resolved! Occupants beware.
