The location is right in the middle of the old city, everything is within a walkable distance. The room is large and comfortable. The breakfast is very good and has lots of options. Staff is friendly and great. For us, this was a simply stay and we did not utilize any treatment plans, however, we did utilize the self-services for the spa and it was fantastic, would recommend that as well. The city (and hotel) is not made for family stays, especially if you have small kids, but if you are a couple, this is definately a great place to consider
Our room was right next the the older elevator (hotel's 2nd elevator in their 2nd building) and it is very loud and made it somewhat difficult to sleep-in in the morning. Also, something to be aware of: hotel does not have an AC. While this was NOT an issue during our stay (one of the nights when it was very warm, we opened the windows, however, due to construction work going on outside, we were woken up really early in the morning)

Great location, very clean, nice wellness, good price
Reefeived email to contact them about parking, contacted them immediately, received no acknowledgement or response that they received my email or if I have parking or not - turns out, they didn’t reserve me a spot - could do better on this one

It was not my first time at this hotel. As walkways very friendly and helpful stuff. Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast is on the high level, you have opportunity to choose and it was very delicious. I was provided by parking place for my car just in front the hotel. Lady from the reception offered to me to make Thai Massage and visit their SPA, after hard day and long trip it was the best thing for my body. Is a word the best place to return

Location was great! Breakfast really good!
The restaurant closes at 8pm, that is too early! Also, massage and spa services close early too! After running the half marathon, I wanted to use the sauna and spa, but it was already about to close!
