It’s in a good location and Jaipur is full of interesting things. The food was good, with a good choice and attentive restaurant staff. My room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The laundry was done exceptionally well.

It’s very close to the major attractions so no need for long rides.
Check-in process was a bit complicated as we came early, they asked us to pay extra money to use a room. When we came back in the evening, our actual room wasn’t ready

Very good hotel. Very convenient location. Very near to railway station, pink City, hawa mahal etc. Front desk and other staff were very warm and welcoming. Food was also very good. Menu was also quite elaborate for a bit so big hotel like this. Overall everything about this hotel was very good.

The hotel’s cleanliness is good by Indian standards. The facilities are old but kept in acceptable condition, and there isn’t much noise even though it faces directly onto the street. The breakfast staff are very kind and considerate. The photos are enhanced compared to the actual condition of the facilities.
What I didn’t like: during checkout we were unable to pay by credit card, and they also refused to accept dollars at a fair rate, forcing us to pay entirely in cash, which left us without local currency. The staff were not helpful, and since it was very early in the morning and we had a train to catch, we had no choice but to agree. It also seemed like the card machine had not been working for quite some time. The internet is quite poor, and it was cut off a day before our checkout.
