It was in a quiet place, with beautiful views to the sea and mountains. It had everything that may be needed: kitchen fully equipped, washing machine and so on.
Nothing against the property. The streets in that neighborhood are really narrow, so you have to be careful how you drive and also enter and exit the parking.

Size and cleanliness.
Road access to the property if you’re driving is a bit tight but manageable.
