Great location on Sayat-Nova, easy walking distance around almost all of Kentron. Generally a quiet block - a bit of renovation happening in an adjacent apartment which created some noise and dust/debris during the day but this is pretty normal around most places in Yerevan.
The bed / mattress + pillows were not particularly comfortable. Considering we stayed for 21 nights, a gesture of mid-stay cleaning would have made our stay more confortable (yes, we could have booked it and paid extra).
