Everything was really nice. It was a sweet touch that there was some pot noodles and drinks ready when we arrived.
We were missing an iron, as it was stated there would be one.

My children and I all loved the place. It was clean, comfortable and cute (the stuffed animals were a nice touch that my young boys liked). The care packages were a warm touch too, and there was a good, laminated booklet for the property that was useful.
It should be noted that I was worried about getting to the airport at 4am with four people and three big pieces of luggage. I communicated this to the owners who not only made helpful suggestions, but also offered to take us to Incheon for a very reasonable prince in a large vehicle (most taxis struggled to accommodate us and our belongings). This made everything much less stressful on flight-day.
My children did find the shower a little difficult to use as the nozzle had to be pick up and wasn’t attached. The lack of an elevator was also a slight issue has I had to carry the luggage of three people up the stairs.
