Excellent flat — we stayed on the 1st floor, and the stairs weren't a problem for us, though they could be an issue for anyone with mobility or strength difficulties. Clean and a handy location, only about 10 minutes from the train station and the beach.
Bathroom extractor is on a high switch outside the bathroom door and not automatic.

Clean and well positioned to the town
It took us about 25 minutes to get into the place. Phoned our contact number and never got a reply, left a message still no reply. The key holder needs updating it looks very old and it was very stiff to open to get the key out. That's my only complaint.

Location was good but limited parking.
Dirty front door and sill, dirty entrance carpet. Inadequate supply of teas, coffees etc. very poor really. Chairs in the bedroom would’ve been good. More seating in the living room. It sleeps 4 but caters for 3.Facilities poor really, not impressed. The beds were comfortable though, however the mattress protectors were stained.
