The property being comparitively new, has an attractive facade - still surrounding areas need to be done up for an even better layout,
There was a problem with the wash basin in our toilet so water would leak on to the platform below the basin. Some water leakage was in the dining area also. A child slipped and fell there- luckily no injuries- then the staff got into action to make the floor dry. These minor issues can be taken care of as they are like teething problems of a new property- whether home or hotel.

We had a great experience staying at Three Oceans Resort, Kanyakumari. The rooms were well-maintained, the ambience was relaxing, and the staff were courteous and supportive. The swimming pool was a nice addition, and the overall hospitality was impressive. The resort is a good choice for families looking for comfort and a peaceful getaway. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kanyakumari. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

The location is unbeatable, right next to the main square. We loved the beautiful views from the sea-facing rooms, the swimming pool was well-maintained, and there was plenty of parking space available. The extended seating area for the restaurant added a great ambiance, and the food—both the hearty breakfast and other meals—was very tasty.
While the food served was delicious and hearty, the choices for breakfast and the overall meal spread were somewhat limited. A wider variety of options would make the dining experience even better.
