I think one of the best bits was the level of communication from the property. They were very easily messaged via the app and incredibly responsive. Very friendly staff too and seemed very happy to try and help wherever possible. The property is in a brilliant location only a few minutes walk from Ottoviano Metro station. It is also very close to the Vatican. The property offered great value for money and facilities to store food helping to reduce trip costs and save on eating out. Rooms were kept clean and in good condition. Facilities were good with a good air con unit and TV with access to apps like Netflix. Overall, incredibly happy with our stay and would happily return if we visited Rome again.

A very small issue with only 1 key provided to get into the room but it really didn't have any material impact on our stay. We also didn't ask for a second so it may well have been possible to get one had we done so.

Great to have a terrace and kitchen !

A bit noisy in the morning as trash bins been emptied

Niente.
