1) I requested an airport transfer from the hotel. They arranged it for a reasonable price and handled the problems caused by my delayed flight very well.
2) Amazing Egyptian breakfast! Everything was fresh and very tasty. It was a wonderful food experience. Breakfast is served near the beach, with a beautiful sea view.
3) Very welcoming hosts. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe here, which is very important to me.
1) Cleanliness was a problem. The bed linen did not seem very fresh. There were small black hairs and a toothpaste stain on it. There were also black hairs in the shower. However, the towels were clean and fresh.
2) The shower floor was cracked. The crack had been repaired, but when I stepped near it, black liquid dirt came out of it. This was very unpleasant, and I don't think a room in this condition should be offered to guests.
3) Wi-Fi only works at the reception.
If the hotel improves cleanliness and fixes the problems with the rooms, this could be a really great place to stay!
