Everything about this place just clicked. From the seamless flow of the stay to the overall vibe!

Dénicher un lieu aussi généreux en espace dans un quartier si central est une vraie perle rare. L'agencement est ouvert et lumineux, avec un style naturellement branché, le tout à deux pas de l'essentiel.

Very close to the Colosseum and lots of shopping and eateries. Property was lovely, host was very accomodating.

The stairs are VERY steep so not good for those with mobility issues.

I would describe this apartment as adequate. The rooms were fine, the apartment has everything you need and is close to bus stop and Collosseum and centrally located.

This apartment has a seperate address from the one advertised. The location is not the nicest area of Rome. The restaurant 1 block away where we ate dinner had a pickpocket try to steal a phone and a waiter beat him up in front of everyone. The shower head was broken off (but was fixed within 3 hours, the maintenance guy has a key), the AC remote for one room was missing batteries so swapped from other remotes, the WiFi router had the WiFi button turned off so it took a minute to figure out why it wasn't working. The property manager was quick to respond but when trying to discuss the seperate address and apartment she was very rude and stating "the misunderstanding is on your side". You are given a youtube video link which shows how to check-in and the video shows cabinets with multiple alcoholic bottles which they say "you can drink if you want", but don't expect there to be anything in the cabinets when you arrive (see attached pictures). The sheets had stains. We were not checked in in-person or asked for details/passports required for guest registration which is required by Italian law.
