The appartment is very spacey with two large bedrooms and a sitting room, renovated and clean, although it is an older building. Close to the city center and there is a really nice park near by. The stay is very comfortable and the hosts were very communicative to our issues. There is a coffee maker which was nice.

It is an older building and the elevator is small. They asked us for 250 euros deposit for not breaking something or pay 50euros additional insurance. This is something I didn't like due to the fact that is extra costs. This is the first time i experienced something like this. They refunded the money after right away. We did report every issue in the appartment just to be safe there is no issue. The appartment doesn't have a balcony so if you smoke take this note. It is a shame as it is on the 8th floor. The entrance electronic lock didn't quite work some times.

Great location near old town, easy to get to and access into!

La ubicación, la amplitud, está preparado para 4 personas, dos dormitorios con cama extra grande, cocina súper equipada, calidad de sueño, TV enorme en el salón con plataformas de streaming, parking gratis en las inmediaciones o bien zona azul muy económica, 4€/24h

En la habitación más grande, la cama hacía ruido si te movías, ya que en la base hay dos cajones de madera, pero nada preocupante

Locatia centrala in oras, accesibila zona. Curatenie impecabila, mobilier nou, maturi si lenjerii curate.

Sunt mai multe aspecte de luat in calcul: 1. Depozitul de dauna nerambursabil de aprox 50 euro care nu e scris pana la rezervare si ca sa poti obtine detaliile de checkin trebuie sa platesti fie 50 euro nerabursabili; fie un depozit de 400 euro rabursabil! N-am mai vazut asa ceva niciodată! E un profit gresit! O sa fac reclamatie! 2. Vasul de toaleta cu apa nu se umplesi trebuie reparat pentru a facilita accesul la toaleta 3. Gandaci micuti spre seara in bucătărie, sufragerie si baie, destul de scarbos, ar trebui deratizare mai des; fiind un bloc vechi inteleg 4. In primul dormitor este un pat care scârție la orice miscare destul de zgomotos, ar trebui reparat 5. Scriu ca au parcare gratuita in apropiere garantata. O mare minciuna, noi ne-am bazat ca aveam parcare si in realitate am umblat 20 sau 30 minute sa cautam parcare si era cu plata! Rog schimbarea acestor facilitati false promovate in descriere! 6. Vrem respect ca si clienti, asa cum am lasat aparatamentul ingrijit, fara daune, rog si eu la randul meu respect! Mulțumesc!
