Hotel is located next to Anupam PVR in Saket with lot of restaurants, fast food outlets, food stalls. It is very lively at night.
The rooms are comfortable. Juice is provided free of charge daily near the elevators. Staff are very polite and helpful.
Iron and ironing board was provided on request.
On the eve of my departure, met Mr Kishan who was working at reception and he was very helpful (helped in weighing of luggage).
Mr Kishan spoke good English and also provided us with a wake up call for our early morning flight.
The TV remote control provided was not user friendly specially when it is on mouse board.
Noisy couple next to my room playing music on high volume at night (2 days in a row). I reported the matter to reception and the matter was sorted out.

bir gece kaldım ve personeli eleştiricek kadar iletişimim olmadı ancak sadece giriş yaparken bizi karşılayan ve check in yapan resepsiyon görevlisi genç bayanın suratsızlığı ve kaba davranışları, iletişim eksikliği, ezbere konuşması, sorduğu soruyu aksanından dolayı anlamadığım için daha sert ve yüksek tonda azarlar gibi yeniden sormaya çalışması ilk andan itibaren beni fazlasıyla gerdi.
