what i like about the property its that the owner is so responsive, helpful regarding about the parking area, the room is clean especially the mattress and pillow it feels so comfy.. and also the area is near the ayala mall

The room was clean and spacious. You have everything you need. And its very near for everything. However some lamp are broken, you need to change the bulb.
I didn't like the window, there is no curtain that can darken the room. Too bright in the morning if you like to sleep a bit longer. The bathroom is a bit warm no ventilation. The wet mop is standing in the corner not very good. I recomend the window scraper tools for cleaning the floor instead of mop, its cleaner, doesn't take space, no molds will develop and it can dry the floor quickly.
