Very well located flat, there's two amazing bakeries 2-3 minutes away and two markets (one big and one small). Takes about 15 minutes to get to Ortigia on foot. Neighbourhood really quiet, easy to find parking space on the street. Apartment really clean and spacious, well equipped (iron, well working AC, coffee machine, all kitchen utensils). Good communication.
Would be good to have microwave in apartment and apartament itself could do with being refurbished a little bit as there were some cracks on walls and ceiling. Shower quite small but still ok to use.

Condizionatori silenziosi. Posti auto in strada disponibili, gratis. Zona tranquilla.
Niente ascensore, difficoltoso e faticoso salire valigie pesanti.
