Not as promised

Location - took us almost an hour to find. Service - terrible. Ppl were not interested. Felt like they were forced. Cleaning support had to be called 10 times to help. We had to keep following for tea in eve that was served at 6pm finally. They went to sleep at 10ish abd didn't wakeup till 8am next day. Tea was served almost 830am after multiple followups. No extra blankets and towels in the rooms despite multiple followups. Food - low quality n bad taste. Not at all worth. Property - needs a lot maintenance. Pics do not resemble at all. It's all rusted and old. No electricity backup. No parking space. Amenities- speakers were not working. No sports. TT bets were broken. Badminton court was dirt. Lawn was just dirty mud. They were blaming it all to rains.
