The hotel staff were so welcoming, and really helped take care of me during my stay. The location is excellent - close to the main temple, but on a quiet side street with no street noise. The room was very well insulated, no issues with street noise, which I heard was a problem for many other hotels. The room was clean and very comfortable, with AC and a ceiling fan. I even had a view of the Mahabodhi temple from my room! Amazing.
No complaints at all! This was a wonderful and memorable stay.

Hotel Zen Inn offered great service , staff was courteous and made requested arrangments. Clean room and great location. Manager Mr.Vijay Kumar is a gentleman. He personally took care of food. Thanks 10/10.

電力穩定，連住三天只跳電一次，傳說中有發電機，冷氣很新很涼，房間也很寬敞，行李箱2卡都可以打開，礦泉水提供Aquafina，多拿幾瓶不會收費，但我會給小費，服務人員會很開心，司機人很好很健談，可預約機場接送，走路到摩訶菩提寺大門約8分鐘，也可以搭嘟嘟車，整體而言非常滿意，下次還會再考慮入住
熱水供應時間是個謎，三天我只在第二天晚上洗到熱水澡，排水不良，洗澡洗到房間差點淹水，後來只好用站在大臉盆洗澡，把水倒到馬桶，入住期間房間沒有打掃，雖然這樣很環保也很安全
