Perfect location for my stay as I could walk to work. Had access to all the facilities I needed, and handy shops within walking distance.
Wi-Fi was great. The big bonus were the staff. Each one was helpful and friendly. Really made me feel welcome. Would definitely come again.
Nothing to complain about. For a Birmingham city centre location the value for money can’t be beaten.

I liked the location to the city centre, and everything was near by
It felt very run down and there was a lot of damage to the counters in the kitchen. Also the bathroom was not great and no toilet paper was provided and I wasn’t told to bring any so that was a struggle
