Carpe Diem Sistina was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and in the perfect location. It comfortably accommodated our family of four adults, and with everything within walking distance, we were able to explore Rome entirely on foot. The apartment itself was fantastic, with tasteful decor, all the amenities we needed, comfortable beds, and lovely soft towels that made our stay even more enjoyable. What truly made our experience special, however, was Fabrizio. He was always available to answer our questions and assist us whenever needed. He was incredibly patient, accommodating, and the perfect host. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay at Carpe Diem Sistina again on our next trip to Rome. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect

Amazing location, the apartment is situated right next to the Spanish steps and all tourist attractions are within walking distance. Our host Fabrizio is one of the best hosts I’ve ever met, who decorated the rooms with his fantastic taste and is always there to help/answer our questions. Don’t forget to ask him about his recommendations for restaurants and other Roma must-tries!! He’ll surprise you with his familiarity with the city and things you can do. Overall 9.9/10, the minus 0.1 point is because the main bedroom could be a bit noisy at night when there are sirens/motors out screaming on the street (understandable as Rome is a noisy city!), but the guest bedroom is super quite.

Чудесная просторная и уютная квартира в самом центре! Испанская лестница - в 5 минутах ходьбы, большинство достопримечательностей - в пешей доступности. Стильная обстановка, все очень чисто, красиво и удобно. Две раздельные спальни с большими кроватями, две ванные комнаты с душевыми, гостиная с большим телевизором и удобным диваном. Мини-кухня, в которой есть все необходимое, капсульная кофе-машина, новая посуда. Фабрицио - очень гостеприимный и доброжелательный хозяин. Мы приезжали поздно вечером, поэтому не встретились лично, но он прислал нам все подробные инструкции, и нам не составило труда попасть в квартиру. Фабрицио прислал видео, где рассказал о квартире, показал как чем пользоваться. Он также оставил нам карту города и отметил на ней самые интересные для посещения места. Нам все очень понравилось. С удовольствием вернусь еще и всем рекомендую!

​הייתה לנו חוויה מדהימה בדירה המהממת, המרווחת והמעוצבת בטוב טעם. המיקום פשוט מושלם – ממש קרוב למדרגות הספרדיות, במרחק הליכה קצר מכל האתרים המרכזיים ומתחנת המטרו ותחנות אוטובוס, ומוקף במסעדות ובסופרמרקט קרוב ונוח. ​הדירה הייתה נקייה מאוד, מוארת ומאובזרת בכל מה שצריך: מיטות מרווחות ונוחות , מיזוג אוויר מצוין ומטבח מאובזר בציוד מלא. מקלחת נפלאה ולמרות שהדירה נמצאת בלב אזור מרכזי ותוסס, היא הייתה שקטה ואיפשרה לנו לנוח ברוגע בסוף כל יום. ​פבריציו היה מארח מופלא! הוא חיכה לנו בדירה כשהגענו, פינק אותנו בבקבוק יין מקסים ובמצרכים קלים לברכה, והיה זמין, אדיב וענה במהירות לכל שאלה. ​נהנינו מכל רגע ואנחנו ממליצים על הדירה בחום רב לכל מי שמבקר ברומא!
