Appartamento nuovo, ordinato e pulito. Materassi e cuscini molto comodi.

It's a very modern apartment near to the beach and to the central of the city. Two supermarkets are also in the near.
There's not enough equipped apartment. We didn't want to cook big menus but only one huge vessel in the kitchen. We should heat water in that for tea.
If it'll be resolved then it could be 10/10 property.

It was modern and had a nice balcony
It lacked basic facilities. No WiFi, kettle was broken, there was only one pot for cooking but had two pans, no coffee machine. Toiletries were lacking and bins had to be put out on certain days by 8pm evening before.
