The location is perfect for the purpose of my visit.
The faucet in the lavatory needs fixing. The light in the toilet needs changing. TV remote control not working due to old batteries.

The price was very affordable with my budget, had hod hot water, washer, easy to connect wifi
Once the booking was confirmed you have to wait until the owner replies to your request for room number and key which in my case was almost 3 hours and if you plan to have company you need to try to get in touch with the owner in advance because they may not be available right away.
