Super clean and easy to figure things out, great location and the staff were incredibly nice!
Honestly no complains everything was great!

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Florence's Shopping district
Hard to navigate the stairway at night, especially when the lights keep going off making it pitch black. We did use the elevator for our luggage as we were on the third floor. But even with that it was a struggle.

Excellent location, response was all up to the mark and facilities/amenities were fairly good.
Not Really :)
