Good location, close to the city center and the main beaches. It is a nice and modern apartment with all amenities, and very clean.
The apartment is in a high floor and the chip to use the elevator wasn't working initially. It took some time but eventually the owner's father-in-law brought the right one. Also, bear in mind that the city during the summer season may have electricity and water cuts, that can last hours. However, is not the owner's problem since it effects the entire city.
