Nice and clear. Near the centre.

Personal support was quick and great from booking to checkin and welcome all was great. Room looks great, bathroom was clean and all supplies were enough for use. Enough clean towels. There were 2 small ants on one kids bed but nothing else. Air conditioning could be better as it turned off when you leave room and when you come back, you have to wait for cooling again. When you come from hot outside, you need cool room. Internet was good. Coffee at counter available. Overall great stay and service.

The room is modern, nice and clean. Easy access from the Firenze MSN train station. The receptionist lady is very friendly, checking in also very smooth! We had a pleasant stay here ! Thank you !!

Spotless room, frig full with beverages, chips on top of frig, comfortable beds.

8 / 10Excellent·sept. 2025

This hotel was extremely clean, well-located, and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly but communication was only through WhatsApp. Bathroom was very clean and shower was excellent. Walkable to central Florence. Only downsides were that room was very small and there are no amenities (small fridge, no sink, no microwave, etc).

Nice and clear. Near the centre.
