First time in Florida, first time in the Universal parks and hotel. Fantastic customer service from the front desk to room service. Friendly and helpful staff. My friend became unwell and threw up, just very fatigued because of the packed day in the parks and under the scorching heat. While my friend was resting back in the room, Guest services sent room service and brought complimentary chicken soup and checked up on how we’re doing. We Will always remember that small act of kindness that went above and beyond to make sure the guests are taken care of. Will def comeback and very likely to book with Stella Nova or one of the Universal hotels again!
