Though small, the apartment has just about everything you need other than a stove/oven. Cutlery and dishes in the cupboards, as well as a microwave, kettle, coffee pot, and toaster. Things like soap, shampoo, towels, and bedding are provided. Even a portable heater. Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. Location is out-of-the-way, so it is quite quiet. Hosts were very quick to respond to any questions.
Location being out-of-the-way can also be a minus. It can take some time to get around Winnipeg starting from so deep into a suburb area. No thermostat in the apartment might be a problem for some. It was a little warm one night but generally pleasant. Perhaps a portable induction cooktop would be a good addition to the kitchenette.
