Clean and neat! Perfect condition
It’s a bit far from most of central Tokyo because it’s in Ota/Shinagawa, but otherwise no other cons.

The apartment room was very clean and cozy, equipped with everything for the kitchen, laundry, and bathroom, which is good especially for a long stay for a reasonable price. The room was large for one person. I felt at home. Just 5-10 minutes' walk to the closest station.
Nothing.
