The service is great, and everything you need is nearby — super convenient! The room had everything I needed for a short trip.
The room was on the top floor, and there was a skylight with no cover, so I woke up as soon as it got light. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable, and I had to open it and put on the sheets myself. When I unfolded it, I found the area underneath was quite dirty. The toiletries provided weren’t very good either. The window faced the street, so it was really noisy, though I get that noise can be hard to avoid.
