One of the nicest places we have ever stayed at. It was quiet, spacious, close to all amenities and beach. We could honestly not fault in any way. We were very fortunate to have found this as our holiday spot in Kos. We have already booked for 2027. The host, Agnes is one of the loveliest people we have ever met. The little things she did to make our stay memorable was the icing on the cake. Very highly recommended.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt und waren rundum begeistert! Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super – sie war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam hat immer schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und die gesamte Unterkunft war sauber, gepflegt und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Besonders die wunderschöne Terrasse hat uns sehr gut gefallen und war definitiv eines unserer Highlights. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen. La casa ha un parcheggio privato gratuito. La posizione è comoda per visitare tutta l'isola ed è vicino al mare che è bello. La casa è grande con ampia terrazza.

Durante tutta la durata nel nostro soggiorno abbiamo trovato in casa e sulla terrazza blatte grosse e ragni molti grossi. Inoltre la pulizia della casa non è il massimo infatti abbiamo trovato ragnatele negli angoli della casa con ragni. Abbiamo dovuto non aprire finestre e porte finestre al piano inferiore per evitare che entrassero le blatte che riescono a superare anche le zanzariere che noi non abbiamo mai aperto per tutto il soggiorno. Il gestore si è rivelato collaborativo quando lo abbiamo avvertito, giustificandosi che in quella zona è normale trovarne ma non poteva aiutarci con una disinfestazione professionale fatta da una azienda. Ha fatto una disinfestazione con prodotti fatti in casa non nocivi per noi che però si è rivelata inefficace.
