The apartment is in a great location, very close to the beach and very quiet. It was clean and well decorated. 4 separate balconies gave additional space with one having a sea view catching the daily sunrise beautifully. The apartment itself was comfortable and had all the expected kitchen appliances for a short or longer stay. It is actually a 2 storey with bedrooms upstairs which was a pleasant surprise but may be tricky for those who struggle with stairs and need a single level property as this is not advertised. A key safe is located at the apartment door which is a great idea to not have to take keys out with you everyday(code provided at check in)?Tips: If you get an Uber - be sure to drop the location pin on the road area a little up from the apartment as it is so far back in the building it thinks you are on the main beach road but in fact are one road further back. For those that cannot manage stairs as there is a big set down to the beach you should be able to take the lift to -5 or -6 to access the public car park directly to the beach road (pin code access is required for the lift which is provided on check in so only residents can access the apartment building)

The washing machine showed clear signs of poor maintenance as the door took us around 10 minutes to latch it closed and the internal latch broke when we tried to open it when the cycle was finished. This was then charged to us as damage which we felt unfair as it was wear and tear and clearly required a service - whoever was next to touch it this would have happened to and we were charged €105 for the repair( thankfully we took out the security deposit insurance so weren’t directly charged). The dining room chairs were insecure most with missing bolts and the air con works well but is very very noisy for whoever sleeps in the bedroom nearest the stairs….it definitely needs a service and some maintenance. We purchased our own pillows from the local shop as the apartment ones were very stained yellow and were filled with blocks of foam - housekeeping were going to drop replacements but these never arrived. Overall it was a lovely apartment and kept very clean but needs a good maintenance overhaul to keep things working correctly and safely.

Plenty of space; bright and clean; comfortable. Friendly staff made our after hours arrival very straightforward!
