Great location. Three bathrooms!
Nothing really apart from the new lockbox and limited parking space in front of the house (there is a free car park opposite the house though).

What a lovely stay!! Sarah Jane was an incredible host who will answer your questions and pop by if you need her. Otherwise everything is self check-in or out, no curfew and with the expectation of quiet time after 10 PM. I loved the location, cleanliness and comfort of a private room. Close to bus stops if you don’t have a car!
The only difficulty with a guest house is the fact that not every guest will respect the rules.

Great location. Good bed. Having a kitchen and a common room was nice.
The stairs were a surprise and difficult for our 70+ year old selves especially with a heavy suitcase.
The wifi was extremely patchy.
For provided breakfast no tea bags, no juice, only congealed instant coffee.
Lots of rules!
