Checking in and the guest service response was very good. Location is interesting but at night the area is dark and the street behind gets very busy… but good proximity to everything.
The room doors need to have a lock from the inside for additional safety. The floor needs to be cleaned, mine was very dirty and I shared it with the guest service. There was a spider but they didn’t believe eventho I shared a picture of it. Sincr the street is dark at night, they should add additional light at the entrance of the building, these are small details that elevates the experience!
