Come see why this 18th Floor, Phoenix Orange Beach condo is right for your family! Our condo is perfectly situated on the West corner, 18th floor at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! There are 4 elevators and parking is available. We also have a key-less entry door lock so you do not have to worry about keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft, the unit is very spacious; newly furnished.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is equipped with full-size appliances, wet bar, ice maker, 65” flat screen Smart TV in living room and Large Smart TVs in the master, 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms. The new livingroom furniture is all electric recliners. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, 2 Queens in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedroom for sleeping up to 12.
The family will love the incredible, zero entry outdoor pool with water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and tennis and pickle ball court on the 10th floor!

Doesn’t get much better than this! Place was extremely clean and well kept, had everything that we needed, was steps from the beach, and a short walk to pretty much anything else that you needed or wanted to do. Amazing location. The view, and being able to watch the sunset from the balcony, was priceless. We had 6 adults, 5 kids, and 1 infant, and we had plenty of space to move around comfortably. Highly recommend Wild Heart’s dolphin tour, and Ike’s Beach Chair Service. They will set up chairs and umbrellas on the beach right in front of the condo for you. Super convenient and they do all the work. The lazy river was nice to relax in after the beach as well, and Larry was always available when we had questions. 10 out of 10!! We hope to come back soon!!

We have stayed in Orange beach several times. This last trip at POB 1801 was one of our favorites. We had 5 kids with us from 8-18 and every one of them had the best time. The adults all enjoyed the lazy river as much as the kids did. The pictures of 1801 do not compare to how beautiful it truly is. Larry was very easy to deal with and was available for anything we needed. We definitely recommend staying at POB 1801 and will be booking it again.

The condo was perfect for the eight of us. Enough room to be together as a family or you can disappear to your room, balcony, pool, or beach for alone time. Exceptionally clean and well-furnished. Great table and chairs for meals or game night. Bedrooms were cool and comfortable. Separate ice maker was huge bonus. Huge balcony with a great view of the beach. Conveniently located near restaurants and grocery stores.

Perfect place to celebrate Father’s Day weekend. You could not ask for a better condo. Our trip was exceptional. We hope to return one day. Thank you for helping us make wonderful memories.
