This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is near many Pocono Mountain attractions such as Major Ski Resorts (Jack Frost and Big Boulder), H2O Indoor Water Park, Hiking, Skirmish, Whitewater Rafting, Historic Jim Thorpe, Horseback Riding, Biking, Shopping at the Crossings Premium Outlets, Casinos, and so much more..!
This home features Living room with 50' TV, HD Cable, DVD, Free WiFi, Computer Desk, Kitchen and Dining Room. Perfect Game room featuring 50' TV with HD Cable, Pool Table, Foosball, Large Air Hockey Table, and Propane Fireplace. Let's not forget the outdoor Hot Tub, large decks, gas grill (must bring your own tank!) and central heating and AC! Washer and Dryer.
This Home is only a 2 Block walk from the beach on a 190 acre lake, the clubhouse is only another block away. enjoy fishing, boating, private tennis and basketball courts in the community..
Home is supplied with dishes, cookware, pillows and blankets. Please bring towels, dish towels, linens, paper products and toiletries. This home accommodates 10 guests. Please do not exceed this number. ATTENTION TENANTS: The community will only issue upto 8 passes for lake and amenities!!!

This house is 2 blocks from private 190 acre lake within the development, also includes a clubhouse for dining, full bar and game room in basement for the kids, outdoor pool, beach, tennis and basketball courts also withing the community, it is near major ski resorts, and a handful of golf courses, 15 mins from Pocono race track, hiking, skirmish, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, indoor water park 10 mins away in split rock resort, 35 mins from 3 casinos, 15 mins from historical town of Jim Thorpe, pa and lots of state game land in the area for hunters. (there is no hunting within the development!) any other questions just ask!!

Grill is available (must bring your own propane tank or purchase one close by)
Garbage must be taken to dumpsters inside the community when checking out

Easy to get into the house. Close to skiing. We loved the hotub.

I want to say that the property itself looked a lot better in person than the photos showed. The game room and bedrooms were larger than we expected and we enjoyed having private, pet and kid-friendly decks. The house is very welcoming, spacious and comfortable. The large fenced in backyard made the stay more fun and convenient with children and a dog. The hot tub was very clean. We have been vacationing in the area for a number of years and this house was one of our favorites. The community amenities are nice and there were issues in past years with lake closures but those issues have been fixed with aeration systems and we had a beautiful stay. Our only complaint was the prior guests did not clean up after their dog at all. My husband spent a lot of time cleaning up the yard so we could enjoy the space. But, this was a guest issue not an issue with the house itself. We would return to this house again.

Many issues needed to be addressed and when i told them all they said was its fixed now woth a TY attached. It wasnt fixed when we were there and we mentioned some on the first night. I will not be returning!
